At Bar Kohl on Edinburgh's George IV Bridge, a well-crafted cocktail is always on the cards. We've been quietly making our own funk-tastic exotic vodkas since 1993 and our music library stretches back way before then and right up to the present day.
The gantry's heaving under the weight of premium spirits and our burgers, made from scratch with prime Aberdeen Angus are a house speciality, not to mention the freshest pastas and salads. Espresso comes all the way from Trieste in Italy and helps kick start the morning after the night before. Come fly with us!

Ideal for any social or corporate occasion, our Cocktail Masterclass showcases some of the world’s greatest drinks from the humble Hi-ball to the mighty Mojito.
